Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise and schedules can change. However, to ensure fairness to all clients and to respect our time and preparation, the following policies are in place:

Cancellations:

If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service fee.

We value our clients’ time, and we ask that you value ours. When cancellations occur on such short notice, it leaves us with little to no opportunity to offer that appointment slot to another client.

Rescheduling:

If you need to reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of your appointment may be treated as a cancellation and subject to the same 100% fee, depending on availability and circumstances.
